- Fixed an issue with the “Needs Credentials” button that prevented credentials from being sent to active phone numbers or phone numbers from being updated.
This app is designed to fit the special needs of probation, parole, and other corrections-related services which include various communication tools between the Officer and the Enrollee as well as the option for curfew management, self-reporting, sobriety, location verification, voice verification, facial recognition, notifications, and other services to help the Enrollee succeed on the program. NOTE: not all the services offered are used by the Officer. The app provides a useful tool so the Enrollee’s mobile phone can be utilized to aid the officer to manage their caseload.
