Automated bookings If your company uses automated bookings, you can now turn them on for desks and parking spots in your profile and see which offices offer them. PDF files in tickets You can now attach PDF files to a ticket when its form asks for a file. Fixes and improvements • Notification settings now show when push notifications are off for deskbird, with a button to turn them on. The app also asks for permission more reliably after you book. • Push notifications, such as check-in reminders, arrive again after you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone. They now also show while the app is open. • The floor plan reloads by itself when you come back to the app after a while, instead of showing an error. • The Plan tab now asks you to choose your main office if you haven’t set one yet. • If you’re in the office for the morning only, the app no longer offers to book that day once the morning has passed. • The Equipment filter for meeting rooms now shows whenever the rooms have equipment. • When you set up a floor plan display, you can now pick an area for it to zoom in on. • The app now renews your sign-in instead of showing an authorization error. • The answer buttons for office events now fit on smaller screens and in every language. • Selection lists are easier to read on iOS 18 and earlier. • Stability improvements, including fixes for crashes in the meeting room calendar and the schedule menu.
