New - Lock an event on your other calendars: open the event's menu and choose Lock on another calendar to block the same time as Busy on another Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar. It updates when the original event moves. To lock every event automatically, go to Settings › Tasks, Events, Slots. - Month view is back on iPhone: see your month at a glance, swipe between months and tap a day to open it. Improvements - Someday: drag tasks to reorder them again under Newest on top. Tasks moved into Someday or Inbox now appear at the top. - Travel Time: save the starting location you pick as your default, right from the Travel time sheet. The sheet also explains why no estimate shows yet. - Memory: add your workflow preferences, see whether connected AI tools can read this page, and keep editing it with AI features turned off. - Create widget: a new small size, with bordered buttons and the new Akiflow logo. - Upcoming widget: shows today's weekday and date, and opens the calendar when you tap it. - Lock screen Upcoming widget: shows "Now" while the item is happening. - Widgets now share the same button style, text and colors. - Apple Watch: add a task with Siri. Say "Capture in Akiflow". - Apple Watch: mark a task as done or reopen it with a new button on the task screen. - Apple Watch: tap the checkbox in a list to complete or reopen a task. - Apple Watch: a checkmark on the capture button replaces the popup after you add a task. - Apple Watch: haptic feedback when you complete, reopen or capture a task. Bug Fixes - Changing a recurring time slot with "This and all future time slots" no longer moves later tasks or loses a recurring task series. - Choosing "Just delete the slot" for a recurring time slot now keeps its recurring tasks instead of moving them to the trash. - Time slot edits made outside the calendar are now saved, and a deleted slot stays deleted after an edit. - Reordering tasks in a project now sticks, and project lists match the order on desktop. - The Overdue list now follows the default sort order, by plan date. - The week selector in This Week now opens on the current week. - Filtering a list by project no longer leaves the screen blank. - Tasks now lock in your calendar the same way as on desktop and keep their lock when you edit them right after planning. - Logging out now always takes you to the login screen, without having to force quit the app. - Inbox and Today counts in the bottom bar are no longer cut off at the largest text size. - Apple Watch: the "Update Akiflow" message now stays after a restart and also shows over saved lists.
