A big update to how you find and keep songs: • Song ID from the Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, widgets and Shortcuts is now free, within 4 IDs a day • The Live Activity tells you when there's no match or you've hit today's limit • All Songs is now home, with folders as filters, and you choose which folder new songs go into • Add a song to several folders, edit folders, and delete them without losing songs • Apple Music playlist export is free • Ads are gone • A redesigned song page, plus Grid, List and Cover Flow layouts • Stop a song ID at any time • A new first-launch guide
Hear a song you like? Tap the mic in your Dynamic Island and What's Playing tells you what it is in seconds, without opening the app. LIVE ACTIVITY AND DYNAMIC ISLAND Start a Live Activity once and song ID is always one tap away, from the Dynamic Island or your Lock Screen. You see the last song you found, a "Listening" state while it works, and a clear "No match" when nothing is playing. Song ID also works from Home Screen widgets and Shortcuts, so you can put it on the Action Button or ask Siri. EVERY SONG, KEPT Every song you identify lands in All Songs. Make folders for road trips, workouts or late nights, and pick one folder to save new finds into, so they file themselves as you go. A song can live in as many folders as you like, and deleting a folder never deletes its songs. APPLE MUSIC Play any song in Apple Music, add it to your library, or turn a whole folder into an Apple Music playlist with one tap. MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD Your songs and folders sync with iCloud across your devices. There are no ads. FREE AND PRO What's Playing is free to use, including song ID from the Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, widgets and Shortcuts, with up to 4 song IDs a day and 2 folders. What's Playing Pro adds: • Unlimited song IDs, everywhere • Unlimited folders • Custom icons and colours for each folder • A Shortcut to choose where new songs are saved Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
