Flux Capital is a members-only app for accredited investors who want to invest in venture capital, one deal at a time. We back technical founders building in space, defense, robotics, humanoids and artificial intelligence. Members review the opportunities our team sources and vets, then choose which ones to invest in, starting at $25,000 per deal. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Review curated deals: Read our investment memo, the company's pitch deck and the key terms for each early- or growth-stage opportunity. • Request an allocation: Tell us how much you'd like to invest, right in the app. Requests are not binding. If approved, our SPV partner verifies your accredited status and sends your investment documents to sign. • Track your portfolio: See your private holdings, their latest valuations and company updates in one place. • Stay informed: Follow venture and market news, and get alerts when new deals open or your companies share updates. • Talk to our team: Ask questions about any deal through in-app chat. • Invite others: Introduce people you know who may qualify. • Stay secure: Sign in with Face ID. Deal materials are protected. HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS 1. Apply: Create an account and tell us how you qualify as an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501. 2. Get approved: Our team reviews every application. Approved members get full access to deals and portfolio tools. 3. Invest: Before you invest, our SPV partner platform independently verifies your accredited status. You sign your subscription documents and fund your investment through the SPV partner platform.
