Befar Work Cam makes site inspections simple. Open the app, tap New inspection, and the camera starts with a fresh job. Every photo lands in the right job and room, kept apart from your private camera roll. START SCREEN Your recent jobs are right on the start screen. Tap one to keep taking photos, or open the job page for notes and details. Camera, photos, calendar and map are one tap away. JOBS, ROOMS AND NOTES Organise photos by job. Each job has its own rooms or sites, optional client and contact info, custom fields and a notebook. Add notes per room or per job; everything syncs across your devices. WORK WITH A TEAM Create sharing groups (electricians, inspectors, project crews) and invite teammates by email. Everyone in a group sees the same jobs, sites, photos and notes, synced via the befar.app cloud. CALENDAR PLANNING Plan inspections as calendar events with start time, end time and assignee. Get reminders before each visit. View as a week or a list. MAP VIEW Photos get their location automatically, so you can see every job on a map. CSV EXPORT Pick the jobs and columns you want, export to a file, and share via Files or email. Useful for client reports and accounting. OPTIONAL AUTO-DELETE Photos are kept until you delete them. If you want a tidier phone, set an auto-delete timer from 1 day and up. CLOUD STORAGE Start with 100 MB free, or upgrade to 1, 10 or 100 GB monthly subscriptions for shared cloud storage. Add prepaid GB-month credit packs that stack and can be earmarked to specific groups. PRIVACY Photos stay in the app and only your group can see shared jobs. Watermark removal is available as a one-time purchase.
