Java House Café App

It's not hard "Receive 1 point for every $1 spent." is apparently not true. I spent over $9, closer to $10, but only "earned" 8 points? How does that work? If I spent over $9, I should get 9 points, not 8. It's not hard to be honest and have integrity. If you aren't going to give customers the points you say you are, then just stop saying it.

Pickup time changes Love the coffee love the app simplicity, but every time I go to checkout, the time changes. I will select asap 10 minutes or pick a time slot in the morning and when I go to checkout it will have a time of either that afternoon or the next day in the afternoon.

Awesome all around Love the locations of all 3 Java House locations in my area. Great drinks and friendly staff.

Best coffee to date Cold brew style coffee is truly the way to go! Really love the nice bike ride from my place, to the coffee house.

Java House App was easy to use. Drinks were refreshing and made fairly quickly.

Easy to Use and Functional! Love going to Java House, and the app makes it super easy to order ahead if needed, and apply rewards, discount codes, etc.! I also like that there are visuals of what each drink looks like, and it’s easy to modify a drink in-app, or go back in and edit an order before finalizing. Also, unlike the Starbucks app, the Java House app doesn’t make me reload a gift card to finish using the full balance if it’s insufficient to cover the full payment amount due - I can just add a new form of payment to pay the remaining balance owed.

Love I really enjoy their coffee. I also like that you can get items with half the sugar to be less sweet.
