My Medical Briefcase Your personal health record, owned and controlled by you. Add conditions, medications, and medical history to build a complete picture of your health over time. AI Assistant Chat Ask health questions and get answers informed by your own health profile stored in WELL. Not generic responses. My Active Conditions Keep track of ongoing health conditions and stay connected with the providers managing your care. Family Management Parents and guardians can manage multiple children under one account, with separate profiles for each.
