BOOKING APPROVAL Decide which online bookings land on your calendar. Turn on "Require approval for online bookings" under Settings → Job Preferences and new requests show as Requested until you approve or decline them with one tap. Your client gets a "request received" text, then the confirmation or decline. If a request is still waiting the day before, you get a reminder. RECURRING VISITS, REBUILT Recurring clients are now scheduled one visit at a time. Complete a visit and the next one is created as Pending, and your client gets a text to confirm or skip it. Pick the weekday, preview the schedule for conflicts before you save, hold future time slots so nobody books over them, and pause, resume, edit or extend any time. Choose what happens when a client doesn't respond: hold and notify you, auto-confirm, or auto-skip. NEW JOB STATUSES Mark jobs Cancelled or No-show. Requested, Declined, Cancelled and No-show all show up in Insights → Job Status Distribution. IMPROVEMENTS • Available Slots keeps loading month by month when creating a job instead of going empty around six weeks out. • Recurring visits keep the same clock time across the daylight-saving change. • The Save button on a new recurring schedule enables as soon as every field is filled, in any order.
