• Projected fire perimeters: the map now shows a fire's current and future estimated perimeters, each with its time. Tap a perimeter to open its simulation run. • New Evacuations tab: each incident has an Evacuations tab, and every location shows which evacuation zone it's in, including Normal zones. • Tablet layout: the incident summary and tabs stay pinned under the title. • Renamed menus: "Menu" is now Settings, and the old Settings is now Personalize Sentinel. • Various bug fixes.
Wildfires move fast. Sentinel helps you and your loved ones stay ahead. Free for everyone. Track every active fire in the US: View a live incident map with updates on every active wildfire in the country. Follow red flag warnings, fire weather watches, and evacuation orders as they are issued. View fire spread forecasts: Sentinel's built-in fire spread simulation forecasts hour-by-hour fire progression using live weather, wind, terrain, and fuel moisture data. Simulations update automatically as each incident evolves, so you can see whether a fire is likely to reach you or your loved ones. Watch over the people and places you care about: Save locations - your home, your kids' school, a parent's house in another state - and get notified the moment a fire or evacuation order starts nearby. Sentinel also delivers IPAWS and NWS alerts for every saved location. No cost, no account, and no subscription necessary.
