Improved pulse measurement reliability and updated the launch screen.
Check your pulse with your iPhone camera and keep your everyday health records together in Pulse Monitor. CHECK YOUR PULSE Place a fingertip over the rear camera and flash, hold still, and follow the on-screen guidance. See your estimated heart rate in BPM, signal quality, and reading context. Revisit saved readings and follow your pulse trends over time. KEEP A HEALTH JOURNAL Manually log blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and symptoms. Keep units, dates, and context with your entries so your records stay organized. Blood pressure and glucose values come from readings you enter; the iPhone camera does not measure them. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF Record how you slept, your perceived stress, and your wellbeing. These are self-reported check-ins, not medical assessments or measurements derived from heart rate variability. HISTORY AND REPORTS Browse saved readings and journal entries, view trends, and create a PDF report to share when you choose. Set reminders to make time for your routine. APPLE HEALTH With your permission, save heart-rate readings to Apple Health. Your health journal is stored on your device. Camera samples are processed on-device and are not saved as photographs. No account is required. Some features require a Premium purchase or subscription. Purchase details are shown in the app before you buy. IMPORTANT Pulse Monitor is for fitness and general wellness. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. Camera-based pulse estimates may be inaccurate in some conditions.
