This update is all about speed and smoothness. - Animations and transitions run more smoothly, especially in setup, while your plan builds, at milestone moments and on the milestone ring on Today - Setup screens open at the top again - "Your next year, two ways" now shows the cigarettes you won't smoke and the money you keep - Small layout fixes
When a craving hits, you need something to do in that minute. Not a lecture. Not willpower. Something in your hand. BeQuit is that something: when it hits, reach for your phone instead of the pack. ONE TAP WHEN IT HITS Tap SOS and the screen goes calm. Puffy breathes with you, in for four, out for six. Need more? Delay the craving, play a quick game, read your own reason for quitting, write it out, or let Puffy talk you through it. SOS is never locked and never slow. A MOVE FOR EVERY MOMENT Morning, coffee, the work break, after a meal, a drink, stress, boredom, the drive, the phone call, the argument. Twelve everyday moments, each with three small moves that take under a minute. Hold one, get through the moment, and watch that moment become yours again: "Coffee, mastered." EVERY WIN, COUNTED Days smoke-free, cigarettes you didn't light, money you kept, hours you didn't spend smoking. Every milestone gets its moment, and Puffy is there for each one. YOUR QUIT, LIVE Today shows your smoke-free time as it runs and the next milestone coming up. What's happening in your body is described along the way, based on public health sources. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR MOMENTS Tell BeQuit when it hits you hardest and why you're quitting. You get a plan for the first days, the hard ones included, before they come. A SHORT LESSON EACH DAY Small, practical reads for the moment you're in, each ending with one thing to try today. SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER Invite one person. They see your progress and can send you a word when you need it. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets put SOS and your smoke-free time one tap away. BeQuit supports your quit. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from your doctor. SUBSCRIPTION BeQuit requires a subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
