Find out what a bone is in seconds. Take a photo of a bone, skull, tooth or fossil, and Bone Identifier suggests what it is, together with the likely species and its key features. HOW IT WORKS • Take a photo with the camera or choose one from your library • The AI compares shape, joint surfaces and other features • Get the name, scientific name, origin, size and characteristics, with a confidence score FEATURES • Identify animal bones, skulls, teeth and fossils from a photo • Learn human anatomy: which bone is which • No photo? Describe the bone in words and get an identification • Your scan history is saved on your device • Results in 30 languages GOOD TO KNOW Bone Identifier is made for learning and hobby use, for students, collectors, hikers and curious minds. Results are AI estimates and can be wrong. The app is not a medical, diagnostic or forensic tool. To identify a bone, the photo or description is sent to our server and analyzed by OpenAI. The app asks for your permission before the first scan. PREMIUM You can identify one bone per day for free. Premium unlocks unlimited identifications and is available as a weekly subscription (3-day free trial for new subscribers) or a yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
