One masterpiece a day, explained. Arsillo shows you a painting, then tells you why it was made, what the artist was living through, and why anyone still cares. Two minutes, every morning. TODAY'S PAINTING A new work each day with the story behind it, a few details to look for, and a short question to check what you saw. No feed, no scrolling. One picture, looked at slowly. A GALLERY OF 700+ MASTERWORKS Five centuries of painting, from van Eyck to Hopper. Every work has its period, place, medium and a detail worth knowing. Tap Look Closer to have the composition pointed out on the canvas itself. LESSONS THAT TEACH YOU HOW TO LOOK Short illustrated lessons on artists, techniques and periods: sfumato, chiaroscuro, linear perspective, the Renaissance, Impressionism, Leonardo, Vermeer, van Gogh and more. Each one is written around real details from the paintings, cropped so you can see exactly what the text describes, and ends with a quiz. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Hang a painting on your home screen in small, medium or large. Choose the crop and the frame, let it rotate through a collection, or have it change with the painting of the day. CURATED COLLECTIONS Guided paths through art history, editorially chosen rather than generated: Romanticism, the Pre-Raphaelites, storms and seas, myth and enchantment. Build your own from favourites. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no tracking, no analytics on what you look at. Your favourites and collections stay on your device. Free to download. Arsillo Premium unlocks the complete gallery, every lesson, and unlimited widgets and collections. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase.
