New in 2.5 — Workspace • In portrait, swipe in from the left edge of the main screen to open the new workspace: Library, Filters, Honor, Insights and Settings in one panel, with the main screen still in view beside it. • Games sit in sleeves, and the one you start slides into the main screen as a cartridge. • Tap the main screen or swipe left to put the workspace away. New in 2.5 — Free Layout • Arrange the keys yourself: choose Free Layout in the in-game menu, then drag and resize the keys, D-pad, sticks, shoulder and system buttons. • Nudge a part one point at a time, undo, or reset one part or the whole screen. With VoiceOver, you can move them too. • Your arrangement stays on this device for each screen and orientation. Retropa warns you when keys overlap, leave the playable area or get too small to tap. New in 2.5 — Looks • A new Classic shelf, starting with the NDS Clamshell: a hinge, speaker grilles, a recessed screen frame and a power light. Pink is free; White and Black require Retropa Plus. • On iPhone Duo, the Clamshell gives the inner display a layout made for it, from tabletop to fully open. Also in 2.5 • The filter you chose and the last game you played come back when you reopen the app. • With a filter on, the picture no longer gets stuck at a smaller size after you rotate or return to the main screen.
