Polarity Journal

Polarity is a daily practice inspired by the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins and his classic, Power vs Force built on a simple, profound idea: every thought, word, and choice carries an energy, and sits somewhere on a scale that runs from lower expressions like fear, pride, and shame to higher ones like courage, acceptance, and love. Each morning, Polarity gives you two contrasting words, a higher and a lower expression of the same human moment, such as Courage and Fear, or Gratitude and Lack. There is nothing to solve and no score to chase. You simply notice where you are today, and gently choose where to lean. It takes about a minute. Over time, those minutes become a practice of awareness, a quiet way to spend a little more of your life in the higher fields of consciousness, and a little less in the lower ones. A DAILY CONTRAST • A new pair of contrasting words each day, with a short contemplation written to meet you where you are • Tap any word for a clear, thoughtful definition • A gentle prompt that turns reflection into one small, honest step toward the higher word A PRIVATE JOURNAL • Write a sentence or a page or whatever the day asks for • Speak your reflections with on-device dictation • Search everything you have ever written, anytime YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS MIRROR • See your week at a glance and watch your streak grow • A calm, year-round map of every day you showed up • Discover the words you lean toward most, built entirely from your own journal FREE, AND TRULY PRIVATE This is the part we are most proud of. Polarity is completely free. No subscriptions, no ads, no upsells, nothing to unlock. • No account. No sign-in. No email. Nothing to create. • Your journal never leaves your device. Everything is written and stored on your phone with optional sync to your own private iCloud, never to us. • No tracking. No analytics. No data mining. We do not want your data, and we never collect it. Most apps ask you to trade your privacy for something "free." Polarity asks for nothing. It exists to help you raise your awareness, not to harvest it. Begin where you are. Choose where to rise. — Polarity is inspired by the writings of Dr. David R. Hawkins.
