Girls 'N Cans is a neighborhood recycling app built exclusively Aliso Place, Nellie Gail Ranch, and Stratford Ridge Communities in Laguna Hills, California. It connects neighbors who have recyclables with a dedicated club of teen girls who pick them up — turning everyday bottles and cans into real-world lessons in entrepreneurship, teamwork, and environmental responsibility. How It Works • Neighbors post when they have bottles and cans ready for pickup — no scheduling, no hassle. • Club members receive instant notifications and claim pickups on the go. • Everyone watches the community impact grow in real time. Key Features • One-Tap Pickup Posting — Let the club know you have recyclables ready in seconds. • Live Pickup Tracking — See available, claimed, and completed pickups at a glance. • Neighborhood Map — View active pickups on an interactive map. • Treasury Dashboard — Track earnings, bags collected, and spending with full transparency. • Board Members — Meet the teen leaders running the club: President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and Operations Lead. • Support the Girls — Optional subscriptions starting at $1.49/mo directly fund philanthropy projects, arts & crafts supplies, and mentorship programs. • Real-Time Notifications — Never miss a new pickup or status update. Where the Money Goes Every dollar earned and donated supports the girls through community service projects, environmental clean-ups, fundraising efforts, advocacy campaigns, arts & crafts workshops, and peer mentorship — all led by the girls themselves. Built for Community Girls 'N Cans isn't just a recycling app. It's a platform that empowers young women, reduces neighborhood waste, and strengthens the bonds between neighbors.
