• Add your Facebook, Instagram, Google reviews, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok to the last page of your report, each one a link your clients can tap (Pro). • Give each cover photo a title, printed above it. A single cover photo now lines up on the left, with the rest of the page (Pro). • The last page of your report now uses the same header style as the first page (Pro). • Share your report straight from the top of any completed job, signed or not.
Stop losing money to "you didn't do that." SiteProof turns your before and after photos into professional job site reports with built-in proof and client sign-off — so your work is documented, verified, and hard to dispute. Built for contractors, trades, and field work. No account. No cloud. Works fully offline. Every job you don't document is a job you can't defend. SiteProof makes it automatic. HOW IT WORKS 1. Capture Before — Take a photo at the job site. SiteProof records the time and location automatically. 2. Do the Work — Your job is saved on your device. Come back anytime, even days later. 3. Capture After — The ghost overlay shows your Before shot, and the shutter ring turns green when you're lined up. 4. Share the Result — Export a comparison image, a slider video, or a full PDF report. Perfect for construction and renovation, punch lists, inspections, and progress tracking — for electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, painters, roofers, general contractors, property managers, and maintenance crews. DISPUTE-PROOF MODE (Pro) Other apps take photos. SiteProof makes them provable. • Every photo is sealed with a cryptographic hash when it's taken — any change shows • Verified reports with timestamps, metadata, and integrity details • Evidence package: photos, report, and proof manifest in one ZIP anyone can verify • On-device verification, anytime CLIENT SIGN-OFF (Pro) Your client reviews the finished work and signs on your device. The signature, agreement, time, and the job's photos are sealed together, so you have proof the work was accepted. PROFESSIONAL REPORTS Client-ready PDF reports in seconds: job details, before and after comparisons on every page, and your logo, company info, and brand color (Pro). Share via Messages, email, AirDrop, or Files. SHOWROOM Keep your best before and afters in one place and show them to your next client, full screen, with a before/after slider. BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE • Tap to focus, pinch to zoom, and a framing grid • Side-by-side layouts (horizontal & vertical) and slider videos • Multi-task jobs: reorder tasks, search and sort jobs • Full-screen photos with pinch to zoom • Landscape photos, no cropping • Flash matching for your After shot • GPS tagging with the street address filled in for you • Front and rear cameras • Library imports, clearly marked as imported PRIVACY-FIRST No account required. Your photos, jobs, and client data stay on your device, never in the cloud. Optional analytics and crash reports help us improve the app. They're tied to a random ID for this install, never to you, and you can turn them off in Settings. In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland they stay off unless you opt in. SIMPLE PRICING Free: before/after capture, comparison images, and PDF reports for up to 3 jobs (3 tasks each) and 3 Showroom projects. Free exports carry a small SiteProof watermark. Pro (one-time purchase): Dispute-Proof Mode, client sign-off, slider videos, your branding with no watermark, HD/Print quality, and unlimited jobs, tasks, and Showroom projects. No subscription. No recurring charges. Pay once. Protect every job. SiteProof helps you prove your work, protect your business, and get paid — every time.
