Configurable PDF reports. Choose how your exported report looks: a photo-grid Catalog layout, a dense landscape Inventory Schedule with running totals, or a Detailed layout with a full page per item. Pick a sort order, add an appraisal mode with a valuation disclaimer and signature line, and optionally include a summary page. You can also now add items already in your catalog to a collection, not just create new ones. Stronger protection for your data. This update closes out a long list of data-safety work: every save is verified, snapshots are kept automatically, and a corrupted or interrupted save recovers on its own instead of losing your work. iCloud sync no longer risks overwriting one device's changes with another's — edits to the same item on two devices now merge field-by-field instead of one side winning outright. Auto-backups run daily, the app tells you clearly if it's ever unable to save, and you can browse Recently Deleted and Safety Copies from Settings. Also in this update: • Fixed splash screen cropping on iPad in landscape. • Camera now dismisses cleanly if you rotate the device mid-capture. • Clearer, more realistic backup-reminder wording. • Handles running out of storage gracefully, both locally and in iCloud.
Collection Catalog is a private, photo-first way to keep track of everything you collect — trading cards, comics, coins, stamps, figures, records, watches, or anything else worth cataloguing. Add an item in seconds: snap up to six photos from every angle, then record its condition or grade, estimated value and where that value came from, what you paid, where it's stored, and any notes. Group items into your own collections with a colour and an icon. A summary strip keeps a running count and total estimated value in view. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Photograph items, or scan documents — certificates of authenticity, grading slips, receipts, provenance letters — with automatic edge detection. • Track an asking price separately from estimated value for anything you're selling. • Mark items For Sale, Wanted, Loaned Out, or At Grading. • Search your whole catalogue by name, location, notes, condition, or status. • Export a paginated PDF report for one collection or your entire catalogue, with your own name and contact details on the cover. • Export a CSV spreadsheet — one row per item — for an insurance schedule, an estate inventory, or your own analysis. • Share a "calling card" image of a single item with a potential buyer, with the storage location deliberately left off. • Back up everything, photos included, to a single file — and open a backup someone sends you straight into the app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. There's no account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Turn on iCloud sync and your catalogue follows you to your other devices through your own iCloud account — the developer never sees it. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD On iPad, browsing is a photo grid and each item opens to a large photo beside its full record.
