Interviews now feel smoother and closer to the web version. Voice and text interviews support comparison sections and show your progress through each one, with a cleaner layout for captions, chat and the message input. Ranking questions are easier to use, with a drag hint and smoother dragging. Images load right away, videos can be replayed, and zoom controls are easier to reach. Prototype sections now show their password, photo upload questions work better, and we fixed a few stability and security issues.
Dialogue is where customer research actually happens: a real voice interview with an AI moderator that listens, follows where you take it, and gets to the why behind what you think. It's invite-only. If a company sent you a study link, open it and you're in. There's nothing to set up. You just talk. In a session: - You and the AI interviewer have a real back-and-forth, like you would with a person - The app records your screen, camera, and mic so the research team can see and hear how it went for you - Recording only starts after you say yes on the consent screen, and stops as soon as the session ends
