This update makes it easier to get ready for your visit. You can now review your health information right in the chat before your appointment, including your height, weight, allergies, medications, pharmacy and insurance. The review card also stays in place when you switch between chats. You can add a second preferred pharmacy, pharmacy search is easier to use, height and weight are shown with clear units, and your date of birth now saves correctly. Chatting with us is clearer too. Answers from our care team now display tables properly, reference links can be tapped, and you'll see when a nurse practitioner is reviewing your question. Sending photos is simpler, and you can see the photos you've already shared. Signing in is smoother. Face ID and Touch ID now prompt you automatically when you open the app, and you'll see a clear message if biometrics are turned off. Notifications now take you to the right screen, and you'll see fewer repeated alerts. We've also refreshed the welcome screen, fixed an issue that could close the app while typing, fixed crashes during video visits, and made chat and sign-in more reliable.
