Explore clearly marked simulated lock and email authorization examples with the public Try demo entry. Register and sign in with an email verification code. No account password is required for new accounts. Authorize lock access directly by email, with access periods and separate lock/unlock permissions. Verified users automatically receive matching access. Use the native Bluetooth interface to pair with and control compatible nearby ZWH locks. The app starts in English and supports switching between English and Simplified Chinese.
ZWHSmartLock is a companion app for compatible XWH/ZWH smart lock hardware. A compatible lock and Bluetooth permission are required to discover, pair with and operate a nearby device. Internet access is required for account services and online authorization checks. Register and sign in with your email address and a verification code. New accounts do not require an account password. An older account may need its original password once to verify account ownership. Lock owners can authorize an email address directly, with a validity period and separate lock/unlock permissions. Users who verify the same email address receive matching lock access automatically; no invitation acceptance is required. Use the native Bluetooth interface for foreground pairing, reading reported lock status, lock/unlock commands and supported lock settings. View operation records, submit optional feedback photos and access support information. Available device functions depend on the compatible lock model and firmware. The app does not provide background or proximity-triggered automatic unlocking. The app starts in English. Switch between English and Simplified Chinese on the sign-in or Account screen; your language choice is saved on this device. Choose Try demo at the public entry screen to explore clearly marked simulated lock and authorization examples without signing in or operating real hardware. Account deletion currently requires a manual review. Start the request in Account or use the support website; requesting a code or submitting a request does not mean deletion is complete.
