NEW — AI DRAFT CAPTIONS & AUTO-SORT (PRO) Let SiteShot read your photos and draft a caption for each one, plus suggest the right category. Review everything on one screen: edit any caption inline, approve the ones you like, and skip the rest. Nothing is applied to your project until you say so — drafts stay drafts. Plus the usual fixes and polish.
Your phone is already full of jobsite photos. This turns them into a report a client will actually read. Project Site Photos (SiteShot) is built for contractors, remodelers, and trades who need to show progress, document conditions, and get paid without spending their evening building a PDF in a word processor. ORGANIZE BY PROJECT AND CLIENT Every photo lands in the right job. Group projects by client and find what you need fast with search and Recent, By Client, or A-Z views. No more scrolling three months of camera roll looking for that one shot of the subfloor. SHOOT STRAIGHT INTO THE JOB Use the in-app camera to capture photos directly into the correct project. Sort them into your own categories like Demo, Framing, Rough-In, or Punch List so the report tells the story in order. BEFORE AND AFTER, SIDE BY SIDE Pair photos to show the transformation. It is the fastest way to prove the work, close the next job, and give the client something worth sharing. NOTES THEY SEE, NOTES THEY DON'T Add client-facing notes that go on the report, plus private notes that stay with you. Track change orders, hidden damage, and site conditions without airing internal details. BRANDED PDF REPORTS IN MINUTES Export a clean progress report with your company name and logo. Choose a compact photo grid for weekly updates or one full-page photo per page when detail matters. Photos are sized for email, pages render clean white in any PDF viewer — including dark mode. Email it and move on. DOCUMENTED PROOF OF WORK Dated, organized photo records protect your business. When a question comes up about what was behind that wall or the condition of the driveway on day one, you have the file. AI DRAFT CAPTIONS YOU APPROVE (PRO) Pro can draft captions and suggest categories for you. Every word is a draft. Nothing reaches a client until you read it and approve it. You stay in control of what goes out under your name. FREE AND PRO Start free with a limited number of projects and full report exports. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited projects and the AI drafting tools. BUILT FOR THE TRADES General contractors, remodelers, roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers, concrete and landscape crews, restoration and insurance work, property managers and home inspectors. Anyone who has to prove what happened on site. Stop retyping updates at the kitchen table. Download Project Site Photos and send your next progress report before you leave the driveway. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
