End of shift, the pool is counted, and the crew is waiting: TipOut splits tonight's tips by hours worked — exact to the cent — with a breakdown you can show the team and a tip-out sheet you can hand to the manager. Most split apps divide with decimals, so the payouts never quite add up and somebody eats the difference. TipOut does the whole split in whole cents with largest-remainder rounding, so the payout column always equals the pool you typed — by construction, every single time. The exact order of operations is printed inside the app, so anyone on the crew can audit how their number was made.
