PDF Bates Desk adds consistent Bates labels to a PDF packet on your device. Choose a PDF from Files. Set the prefix, first number, digit count, placement, margin, and whether to skip the first page. Review the label on actual pages before creating a separate stamped PDF. Export a matching CSV manifest with the source name, page number, Bates label, position, and your note. The app shows when each file has actually been created. A failed replacement import keeps the current packet intact. Documents are copied into the app’s local storage only when you choose them. Nothing is uploaded to a developer server. The app has no account, ads, analytics SDK, tracking, OCR, cloud sync, court filing, or legal advice.
