Long tones: hold a note for 4, 8 or 12 seconds and see how steady it stays. There's also a new intonation map, so you can see which notes you tend to play sharp or flat. Transposing instruments now show the written pitch first.
Play a note and see how many cents sharp or flat you are. Chromatic mode tunes any instrument, and 74 presets show each string for guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, violin, brass and woodwind. Fully on-device: no cloud, no account. Pick a preset and the tuner lists its strings, so a banjo in open G or a cello in CGDA shows the right target notes. Stay on Auto and it tells you which string you are playing. • A needle and a cents readout, with the note name in large type • Presets for guitar (standard, drop D and more), bass, ukulele, violin and mandolin • Stage view makes the note big enough to read from a music stand • A4 reference from 430 to 450 Hz for bands and orchestras that tune elsewhere • A strobe view for fine adjustment • Pedalboard: lay out your pedals, drag them into order, save each board by name, and get a suggested signal-chain order with the reasons • Alt Tunings: 55 open and alternate tunings for guitar and bass, with the target note for every string For guitarists changing tuning between songs, string players checking the A, and brass and wind players matching a section. Pro, or SUS4 All-Access across the whole range, adds the other 67 presets: alternate guitar tunings, brass, woodwind, bowed and world instruments. It also lifts the daily limit on chain suggestions and on opening a tuning's string targets. Made in the UK by working musicians.
