A fresh new look The recipe editor has been completely redesigned. Your cover photo now sits at the top, with clear sections for the details, ingredients, method, photos and notes. Editing a recipe is now quicker and tidier. Photos for every stage You can now add a photo to any step of your method. It appears under that step in the recipe and in Cooking Mode. Stage photos can be moved, linked to a different step or deleted at any time. A better Cooking Mode Cooking Mode now shows one step at a time in large, easy-to-read text, with that step's photos. Swipe or tap Next to move on. If a step mentions a cooking time, one tap starts a timer. A new Ingredients tab lets you tick off each item as you get it ready. Find recipes faster Sort your cookbook by name, newest, recently edited, quickest or highest rated. Recipe Keeper now remembers your sorting choice and whether you prefer the grid or the list. Your recipes, kept safe Recipe Keeper now saves an automatic safety backup of your recipes on your iPhone, and you can restore from it in Settings. These backups also appear in the Files app. Also in this update A Start Cooking button on every recipe. A two-column layout on iPad. Text that follows your iPhone's text size setting. Recipes are only deleted after you confirm. Improvements to the Help guide and several smaller fixes.

Add extra items manually, check things off as you shop, and clear the done items when you're finished. FAVOURITES Star your most-used recipes for instant access in the Favourites tab. SEARCH & FILTER Search by recipe name or ingredient across your entire collection. Filter by category using the chip bar — each chip shows a count so you know exactly how many recipes you have in each category. PHOTOS Add a hero photo to any recipe and up to 12 step-by-step photos. Photos are included in backups and transfer seamlessly to a new device. BACKUP & RESTORE Back up your entire recipe collection — including all photos — to a single JSON file. Save it to iCloud Drive, email it to yourself, or store it anywhere you like. Restore on the same device or transfer to a new one. Restoring merges with your existing recipes, nothing is deleted. PRINT & SHARE Print any recipe in a clean, readable layout on any AirPrint printer. Share recipes as formatted text via Messages, email, or any other app. PRIVACY FIRST Recipe Keeper stores everything on your device. No account required. No data is sent anywhere. No ads. Ever.
