## New - Group Member Management: in a supergroup where you can ban members, press and hold a member's avatar, or an @username or mention in a message, to "Edit Permissions" or "Ban or Delete Messages" right away, even if the message has already been deleted. "Remove" in the group info member list opens the same panel. Each of the three entry points has its own switch (Nagram Settings ▸ Messages ▸ Group Member Management); all are off by default. - Raise to Speak: a new switch in Settings ▸ Data and Storage. When on, hold the phone to your ear in a chat to record a voice message. Off by default. - Synced with Telegram 13.1.1: - Quote a selected part of a rich text message in a reply. - New designs for the navigation bar, the profile expansion animation and the share sheet. - Redesigned QR code screen. - Apple Wallet passes (.pkpass) are shown right in the chat. - Text Style Toolbar: a new editor to reorder and individually toggle the styles in the keyboard panel and the persistent format bar, with a live preview. - Chat Top Toolbar: new "Toolbar Buttons" settings: - Button size can be Compact (icons only), Regular or Large; the default is now the smaller Regular size. - Reorder the buttons and toggle each one individually. - New "Latest", "@Me", "Select", "Translate" and "Manage" buttons, hidden by default. "Translate" toggles automatic translation for the current chat; "Manage" appears only in groups and channels you administer and opens recent actions, members, admins, permissions, removed users and invite links. - Sharing photos from other apps to Nagram now follows the "HD" option in Nagram's photo picker: with HD on, they are sent in high quality, and a previously saved HD choice is kept. - New "Register Telegram Links" switch: when off, tg:// links that can be rewritten as https://t.me links are handed to the official Telegram app; if it is not installed, Nagram still opens them. ## Improvements - The existing Raise to Listen option now only plays voice messages through the earpiece when you hold the phone to your ear; it no longer starts recording. Turn on Raise to Speak to record that way. - The tab bar on iPad now shows icons only; Nagram's tab bar button width and alignment settings do not apply on iPad for now. ## Fixes - Fixed the sender's name not being shown for messages sent as a channel in the two-line chat list preview. - Fixed chats not opening when contacts syncing is on but the contacts permission has not yet been allowed or denied. - "Open Folder on Start" now shows the folder's name in Settings instead of its number.
