Recall where you left off — in the minute before a session. Your client notes stay on this device. A calm, dependable session log for counselors and therapists in private practice. Note: SessionVault is a record-keeping tool, not a medical or diagnostic device. ■ WHAT YOU CAN DO - Today board: today's appointments in order, plus any sessions you haven't written up yet - Pre-session brief: cautions, the last handoff and homework, presenting concern and goals, recent sessions, and mood trend on one screen - Session notes: topic, client presentation, observations, interventions, homework, and the handoff for next time — with last session's key points in view - Note templates: intake, CBT, person-centered, solution-focused, GROW coaching, and safety check. Templates only fill empty fields, so nothing you've written is overwritten - Side-by-side progress table: see how each item changed from session to session - Mood chart: track ratings from 1 to 10 over time - Search: find anything across your notes, including topics and handoffs - Schedule: a monthly calendar of past and upcoming sessions, with reminders from 1 hour to 2 days before - Practice overview: sessions and income this month, and the last six months at a glance - Photo attachments: keep consent forms or session artwork on the device - Anonymity-friendly: use initials or a client code instead of names ■ MADE FOR - Counselors, psychotherapists, and psychologists in private practice - Life and business coaches and allied therapists - Anyone moving off paper charts or spreadsheets - Anyone who prefers not to keep client notes in the cloud - Anyone who wants a quick refresher before each session ■ PRIVACY - Client notes are stored only on this device and are never sent to a server or the cloud - Locks at launch with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode — add an optional app passcode for a second layer - Your notes can be hidden in the app switcher - No account required - To show our other apps, SessionVault reads public App Store information (app names and icons). Your notes are never sent
