VibeMeeting is a local-first meeting transcription and notes app for turning recordings into structured meeting records. Record a meeting, import an existing audio file, follow the transcript as it is created, and review speaker labels while the conversation is still fresh. After the meeting, VibeMeeting organizes the result into topics, key points, decisions, action items, risks, and open questions. If you choose VibeMeeting API summarization or translation, meeting text and the context needed for those features may be sent over HTTPS. Raw audio files are not automatically uploaded.
