Clearer Screen Time setup with new seal artwork. Improved quiz language handling, trial reminders, and onboarding reliability.
Lock In Chinese turns the time you already spend on your phone into Mandarin you actually remember. A new Chinese character waits on your lock screen. Glance at it while you wait for coffee, and the reading sinks in without a study session. When you reach for a distracting app, Lock In seals it behind a two-tap quiz: read the character, pick the meaning, and the app opens. Three in a row earns your scroll time. It is a gentle gate, not a punishment, and you choose exactly which apps to seal. - Lock-screen word widgets: a rotating hanzi with pinyin and meaning, all day. - Seal your apps: put TikTok, Instagram, or anything you pick behind a quick vocabulary check. - Earn scroll time: answer correctly to unlock, and watch minutes add up in your ledger. - HSK-graded words with tone-marked pinyin. Built calm and honest: - No account, no sign-up. Your progress lives on your device. - No fake streaks or guilt-trips. - You are always in control of which apps are sealed, and you can unseal anytime. Continue after onboarding with a Lock In Pro subscription or a 30-day pass. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The 30-day pass provides full access with one payment and does not renew automatically. Available plans and prices appear in the app. Everything you seal and learn stays private to you.
