A clearer editing workspace and a real export file browser. Preview and share saved M4A clips and cue sheets, reopen previous exports, keep custom clip names when adding or deleting cuts, undo split changes, and enter exact cut times. Includes improved iPad layouts and fixes for short recordings and precise CSV timecodes.
ClipCue Audio is an on-device audio splitter for long recordings, interviews, lectures, voice memos, and creator source files. Import a compatible audio file from Files, preview it on a clear waveform timeline, place precise cut points, rename each segment, and choose which clips belong in the final package. Quick Split can divide a source every 30 seconds, every 60 seconds, or into equal parts. Export creates separate named M4A clips together with a CSV timecode sheet and a Markdown handoff. Saved projects preserve clip names, split points, selections, and exported files so you can return without rebuilding the plan. ClipCue Audio is paid upfront. There is no account, subscription, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud processing, or Gobling Company server upload. Imported audio and project data stay on the device unless you choose to share exported files through Apple's system share sheet. Version 1.1 adds exact-time seeking, undo for cut and split changes, a verified file list with previews and sharing, and saved export packages that reopen with your project. The optional sample uses synthesized tones. No recording or transcription.
