• Clubs now has its own tab, club admins can add the club's logo, and your profile opens from your photo at the top of every tab. • Clubs: plan sessions just for members that repeat every week; members answer Yes, I'm in or Can't make it. • At practice now: if you say yes, your club sees you're at practice when you check in where it plays (venue only, never your exact location). • Tournaments: name your team, remind an opponent to confirm a result, and run a finished tournament again with the same settings. When a result waits on you, the notification takes you straight to Confirm. • Chats: send photos from your camera or library, save photos, swipe a message left to keep it and right to reply, see when it was delivered and read, and write offline: it sends when you're back. • Live status in a group can stay on until you turn it off, with a reminder every 30 days. • New session: Everyone, Women only or Men only. A host can call a session off after people join; everyone in it sees it in Spotter. • Nothing on in your sport yet? One tap and Spotter tells you when someone posts a session nearby. • Quieter notifications: session and group chats stay silent at night, a heads-up comes about 30 minutes before your game, and a spot that opens overnight is offered at 9 AM. • Roundnet, climbing and hiking join basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, pickleball, table tennis and strength training. Roundnet has tournaments too. • Find friends by name or @username. In Settings > Privacy & safety you can hide your name on public tournament pages, hide yourself from venue rankings and choose whether your clubs see you at practice. The Help improve Spotter switch counts app usage; it starts off in the EEA. • Session, club and tournament links from Messages, Mail or Notes open right in the app. • On iOS 26 and later the tab bar floats on Liquid Glass. New dark and tinted app icons.
Spotter puts your club, your pickup games and your tournaments in one app: basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, roundnet, climbing, hiking or strength training. Join a session, make your own plan and stay connected with your crew. CLUBS AND TOURNAMENTS Find a club or start your own in any city. Clubs are run by their members and are independent of any school. Join in one tap, read announcements and plan weekly members-only sessions at the club's venue. Run knockout or league tournaments for singles, doubles or teams. Name your team, report a result and your opponent confirms it; a tap on the notification takes you straight to Confirm, and the club ranking updates automatically. A public page lets anyone follow the bracket without the app. LIVE STATUS See the check-ins and on-the-way updates your friends share. Follow available Spotter activity on venue cards. Status is based on user updates, not a headcount of everyone at the venue. In a group of up to 50, you can also choose to share yours with the group for a day, a week or until you turn it off. SESSIONS Choose your sport, venue and time. Set the format, skill level and capacity to suit your plan. Join a waitlist when a session is full and get notified when a spot opens. Work out the details in the session chat. VENUE MAP Explore listed courts, fields, gyms, climbing gyms and trailheads. Find nearby venues or search by area. Suggest a missing venue for review. YOUR CREW Find friends by name or @username and start direct or group chats. Messages nobody keeps disappear from direct, group and club chats after about 24 hours, and from a session chat about a day after the session; a kept message stays longer. STREAKS AND MEMORIES Track your check-in streak and activity stats, and keep the photos from your sessions in Memories. LOCATION AND PRIVACY Location is used while you use a selected feature to find nearby venues, optionally verify a check-in or locate a venue you add. There is no continuous background location tracking. You can select a venue manually and check in without granting location permission. Settings > Privacy & safety shows who sees what, and lets you hide your name on public tournament pages, hide yourself from venue rankings and choose whether your clubs see you at practice. Start account deletion from Settings inside the app. Spotter is new and starting in Tempe, Arizona. Clubs and tournaments work in any city; pickup sessions depend on who plays near you, so invite your crew. Spotter is for people aged 18 and over. Screenshots show the app with demo accounts.
