Kaucim helps you see where you stand with three old methods: a fortune stick, your birth chart and a cast of the I Ching. The verse, the chart and the hexagram are laid out first, then read against what you wrote down. What you do next is up to you.
Kau cim is Cantonese for drawing a fortune stick. We began with the 100 Wong Tai Sin sticks, their verses kept word for word from the temple's book. One question tends to lead to another, so charts and compatibility came next.
Your chart
• Cast a Zi Wei and BaZi chart with twelve palaces, four pillars, Five Elements and decadal cycles. It is calculated by rule, so the same birth time always gives the same chart
• Birth profiles keep your own and other people's details for any chart
• Today gives one line a day read against your chart, for your Home Screen, Lock Screen or Apple Watch
• Read one lunar month of a chart in a monthly reading
• The 2027 Year Companion writes your year chapter by chapter right after you pay, then opens a reading each lunar month and takes one question a month
• Palm reading starts with one clear photo; Crystal Match maps your chart's leading element to colours and stones
A relationship
• Compatibility puts two Zi Wei charts side by side to show what draws two people together and where friction tends to start. A chart you already cast can be the first person
• Two Roads Reading draws a stick for each of two paths in a matter of the heart
• Red Flags and Mixed Signals sort relationship signals from BaZi charts without a verdict on anyone
A question
• Hold the bamboo tube until a Wong Tai Sin stick falls, then confirm it with jiaobei moon blocks
• Read all 100 Wong Tai Sin sign texts offline and search by number, title or verse. The Traditional Chinese library adds 100 Guan Yin and 96 Che Kung signs
• Throw the moon blocks on a yes/no question, read the traditional way
• Cast the I Ching with three coins, a Qi Men chart for the hour, or a Mei Hua reading from two numbers
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and the web
• Reports, question packs and the lamp pass bought on kaucim.ai open in the app when you sign in with the same email
• Charts, compatibility, monthly readings and Year Companion books bought in the app return on a new phone after you sign in
• On Apple Watch, throw the moon blocks and glance at Today. Today, the daily stick and your latest sign fit on your watch face or in the Smart Stack
• Records keeps your readings and charts together, and Purchased lists what you have bought. Save full chart reports, add a reflection or export a PDF
• Paid readings come with keepsakes; three repeat seals exchange for a new one
• Sign in with Google, Apple or an email code to sync. Sign-in is optional except for the Year Companion, which runs for a year and sends its book to your email
Full readings
Every full reading can be bought outright, or you can choose a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription. Every purchase page says whether a single purchase, a question pack or the lamp pass opens it. The pass covers sign readings, Qi Men, Mei Hua and Crystal Match; charts, compatibility, the monthly reading, Two Roads, palm reading, Red Flags and Mixed Signals are single purchases. The Year Companion is one payment for service through 3 February 2028 and does not renew. Eligible new subscribers get a three-day trial on any plan, and the annual plan also includes one full compatibility reading. The App Store shows the final price, trial eligibility and renewal terms.
Your data
Your palm photo is used only to complete that analysis. You can delete local records or remove your sync account and related server data from inside the app.
