Replies now sit directly under the comment they answer, so a thread reads like a conversation instead of one flat list — and a reply no longer goes missing when the comment it answered was deleted, or its author blocked. Also in this version: when your radius opens all the way up in a sparse area, Explore no longer calls the list “nearby” — it says plainly what it is showing. And where the agreement is not translated into your language, the screen that shows it now names the language it fell back to, instead of printing a placeholder.
Your neighbors, wherever you are. Gerany is the app for your neighborhood — see what's happening around you, meet your neighbors, and never miss what's on nearby. A feed that's actually local — Posts from people near you, sorted by distance. Choose your radius so you only see what's relevant. Hashtags for Recommendations, Lost & Found, and Safety. Explore local events — Discover experiences happening around you: classes, workshops, meetups, and more. See who's going, RSVP, grab a ticket, and add it straight to your calendar. Real conversations — Chat with neighbors: photos, videos, voice notes, documents, and your location. Then jump into an audio or video call without leaving the app. Built on trust — Sign in with a passkey or your phone number, and control what you share. Export your data or delete your account anytime. Stay in the loop — Push notifications for replies, messages, incoming calls, and event updates — even when the app is closed. Run your business — A storefront you own: opening hours and a bookable calendar, memberships and class packs, a shop for real goods with shipping and tracking, and a shared inbox. A customer workspace shows who your regulars are. GERANY+ Gerany is free to use. Gerany+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription adding longer group video calls, a feed you can widen past your local area, unlimited anonymous posts, the ability to charge for what you offer, and an earnings dashboard. Gerany+ Pro is $19.99/month, and every price is shown before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
