PodcastIt takes a topic you type, or a video, photo, or audio file already on your phone, and makes a real episode out of it: two hosts, a script written for your subject, and voices that sound like people talking rather than a page being read aloud. Type "how sourdough starters actually work", pick a style, and a few minutes later the episode is in your library. Generation finishes even if you close the app, and a notification tells you when it is ready. HOW IT WORKS 1. Start from a topic, a file, or both. A saved video, a photo of a page, a lecture recording: all fair game. 2. Choose how the hosts talk about it, and how long they talk for. 3. Listen. The transcript scrolls with the audio, line by line. ASK THE HOSTS Pause on any line and ask what you actually want to know. The hosts answer in a couple of lines, in their own voices, and the answer is woven into the episode right where you paused. TAP ANY LINE Touch and hold a line for a plain explanation of what it means, or save it to your deck along with its audio and the lines around it.
