Superlife brings this information together so you can follow patterns, see progress toward your goals, and ask questions when something changes. AI helps you understand your records, lab results, and visit notes in plain language, with sources to explore. Take it to your next doctor visit with questions ready and your history close by. With everyone’s permission, Superlife can record the conversation, create a transcript and summary, and suggest follow-ups so you have a clear next step. You can manage a family member’s record or share parts of your own with someone you trust. You choose what to share and can remove access at any time. We never sell your health data or use it for ads or AI training. Superlife requires a subscription. Plans renew automatically, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. AI can make mistakes.
