This update makes your motorbike details clearer and easier to get right, so your documents are approved faster. • Plate number: enter the registration number exactly as it appears on your hackney permit, for example KJA-123AB. Spaces and small letters are fine. Before your motorbike is saved, the app shows you the plate number to check. • Catching mistakes: if a date, a document number or a chassis/engine number is typed into the plate, make or model, the app tells you straight away so you can fix it. • Correcting your motorbike: if our team asks you to correct your motorbike's details, you'll see the reason on your vehicle page and during sign-up. Fix the details and send them back for review, all in the app. While your motorbike is still under review, you can also edit its details yourself. • Registered state: each motorbike now shows the state it's registered for. If it doesn't match the state you ride in, the app explains why you can't go online with it and how to fix it, and Preferences shows which motorbikes you can use. If you change your operating state, the app warns you first if your motorbikes won't match. • Fixes for maps, notifications and location tracking, plus reliability improvements.
