Realm of Legends — Patch #984 This patch includes the #983 changes (Realm of Legends skipped that number) and the #984 work. New - Buff from the party list (PC): as an Elf or Wizard with a support skill selected (Heal, Greater Defense, Greater Damage, Soul Barrier, Teleport Ally and their master versions), right-click a name in the party list to cast it on that member — or on yourself from your own name. No skill can be cast inside a safe zone (town). - Party list colours: a member who has Greater Defense shows a green background, your own row included; on PC the row under the mouse turns grey. - Disable Guild/Alliance PK: a new switch (mobile Settings > Gameplay, PC Option > HUD), on by default: members of your own guild or alliance are never a PK target of your client, whatever you tap or click. Turn it off for the classic behaviour. Guild wars, duels, Chaos Castle and the castle siege keep their own rules. - MU Helper on the Home key (PC): press Home to start or stop the Helper. Z still opens its settings. - Repair key (PC): with the inventory open, press L to switch repair mode on or off (level 50+, not while an NPC shop or the Chaos Machine is open). Changes - Teleport can no longer be cast on the tile you are standing on — the cast is ignored and the skill stays selected. - Select Character / Select Server (mobile): the countdown on screen now follows the server. If the server refuses the request — a trade, vault, Chaos Machine or trainer window open, or you are locked in self-defense after attacking someone — the countdown no longer appears and the reason shows in chat. While a real countdown runs you cannot be attacked, as before. - MU Helper item list: the names you type no longer need matching capitals — "kris +luck" picks up a Kris +Luck. - Chat on the left edge (PC, wide screens): the chat and system messages now sit against the left edge of the screen instead of lining up with the skill bar. Fixes - Guild names over players' heads: a guildmate who was already in view when you logged in (or when you joined the guild) kept a stranger's blue plate — guildmates and alliance members now always show the green plate and green guild row, and lose it when you leave the guild. - Buff icons no longer swap places every second when two buffs (e.g. Greater Defense and Greater Damage) were cast close together. - TAB map (PC): the map no longer spills over the bottom bar (the skill numbers and HP/MP no longer show through it), and the corner minimap hides while the TAB map is open. - Party list (PC): right-clicking a name no longer opens the party window. - PvP with Hold control (Ctrl held): Flame, Aqua Beam, Hellfire, Inferno, Twister and Evil Spirit now damage the player you are holding the right button on — they cast and animated but hit nothing in Hold mode. - Mounted players (Dinorant, Uniria) no longer show a flinch when another player watches them take reflected damage — a rider never flinches. - Triple Shot and traps: arrows no longer stop on a floor trap (Lost Tower, Dungeon) standing between you and the monster — traps are not targets. Same for the other skills that sweep for targets (Flame, Evil Spirit, Plasma Storm...). - Settings > Gameplay (mobile): the HUD Modern / Classic are back. - Personal store (mobile, both HUDs): the item tooltip of a tapped item now opens to the left of the store panel instead of covering it. Server update With the next server restart: - PvP log: every player-vs-player kill is now recorded with its kind (duel, outlaw, castle siege, guild war, gens, event, self-defense, …) and can be looked up on the website: https://www.realmoflegends.app/pvp-log - Dying and leaving the game: a character who exits (or loses the connection) while dead is saved in town, not on the tile where it fell — no more appearing on the death spot for a few seconds at the next login. - MU Helper offline item list matches names without regard to capitals, like the in-game list.
