KROMA brings tactile retro handsets, pixel menus, Internet voice and video calls, messages and little companions to your iPhone or iPad. CALL AND MESSAGE THE RETRO WAY • Get a ten-digit KROMA number and connect with friends using KROMA. • Make voice and video calls inside the retro screen, with speaker control, camera flip and missed-call history. • Write with the keypad. Browse Inbox, Drafts, Sent items and pixel-style chats. Saved messages and call history open offline. • Record voice messages up to 30 seconds and listen before sending. • Send captioned photos and videos from KROMA Photos. Attachments are under 5 MB; videos up to 5 minutes, with trimming when needed. Save received media to KROMA or iPhone Photos. • Name contacts without importing your iPhone address book. • Share your number or invite friends with a square image of your current phone, its lit screen and a download QR code. • Keep your number with optional Sign in with Apple or a private recovery code. Both people need KROMA and Internet access. KROMA numbers are in-app identities, not mobile numbers; calls cannot reach carrier numbers or emergency services. Messages use TLS, not end-to-end encryption. Content is relayed until both devices confirm saving it, then removed from active service storage; delivery metadata remains. Number recovery cannot restore purged history. Keep local app data to retain it. CHOOSE, DESIGN AND GIFT A PHONE Choose your handset on first launch. Hold # for 2 seconds to reopen Your phone. Browse handsets, Custom designs and Gifts in horizontal rows. Explore Basket Ball in NY Arena, NY Home and NY Away. In Personalization, choose Air, Original or Sport, add front and back photos, and save. Gift a phone via KROMA or AirDrop. Preview both sides, then Accept or Decline. Accept saves a copy without switching phones; select it in Gifts and tap OK. The sender keeps the original. Import .kroma files through Open gift. Downloaded previews and saved copies work offline; accepting a KROMA gift needs Internet. Pending gifts expire after seven days. PLANS AND MONTHLY ALLOWANCES • Free: 1 custom phone with Air, 200 messages, 30 voice-call minutes, 30 video-call minutes and 20 voice messages. • Plus: 10 custom phones with Air + Original, 3,000 messages, 300 voice-call minutes, 120 video-call minutes and 200 voice messages. • Premium: 100 custom phones with Air, Original + Sport, 10,000 messages, 1,000 voice-call minutes, 300 video-call minutes and 1,000 voice messages. • Ultra: all models, 1,000 custom phones, unlimited monthly messages, voice calls and voice messages, plus 1,000 video-call hours. Custom limits apply to designs saved at once, exclude Gifts, and do not reset monthly. Text, photos and videos share the message allowance. Only outgoing activity counts; incoming is free. Communication allowances reset each UTC calendar month. Voice clips are up to 30 seconds; calls up to two hours each. See usage in Your phone → Settings → Plans & usage. Paid plans include an optional four-digit phone PIN. Prices and billing periods come from the App Store. Restore or manage subscriptions in the app. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the App Store. PETS, CAMERA AND POCKET GAMES Care for pixel pets or send one to a friend. Capture retro photos and videos with pixel lettering and date/time stamps. Choose Classic, Beep or Click keypad sounds. Enjoy 13 games and local tools including Calculator, Calendar, Stopwatch, Composer, reminders, Flashlight and Compass. Pwd Manager stores logins in the local Keychain and requires a device passcode; it has no cloud recovery. Your number, Invite, QR scanning, offline Guide and Q&A are in Your phone → Settings. Initial artwork and 3D downloads need Internet. Permissions are requested when needed. If saving to Photos fails, the local KROMA copy remains.
