• Better on every screen. • Smarter search.
See every property line and who owns the land, on Apple Maps satellite imagery. No subscription and no ads. Deedlines draws the lines counties publish for about 155 million parcels in 3,081 counties, across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Move the map, and the lot under the crosshair opens with its record: • Owner name and where the tax bill goes • Address, acreage and land use • Assessed value • Parcel number and county • The length of every side, in feet • Apple Look Around street imagery, where Apple has it SEE ALL THE LAND THEY OWN Use 1 credit to unlock every lot an owner holds permanently, with the total acres and all of it highlighted on the map. Largest lots first, each one a tap away. Your account keeps the same credits and unlocked owners in the app and on deedlines.com. WALK THE LINE Tap the location button to see the lot you're standing on. An arrow points to the nearest line and shows the distance in feet. The map follows you as you walk, and the distance stays on your Lock Screen until you stop. SEARCH Find a lot by street address, owner name or parcel number, or jump to any county or state. No account is needed for search or public parcel records. SAVE LOTS Bookmark a lot and add a private note. Saved lots stay on your phone, and move into your account if you sign in. FREE MAP, OPTIONAL OWNER CREDITS The map, search and public parcel records are free, with no ads or subscription. Sign in with Apple, Google or email to use owner credits and sync your saved lots. New accounts receive 3 starter credits once; consumable packs of 5 or 250 credits are available in the app. Credits never expire, and an unlocked owner stays unlocked. You can delete your account from the app at any time. ABOUT THE DATA Lines and records come from county assessors and other public government records. They are not a survey, title report or legal boundary. Records can be missing, out of date or off by several feet. Use a licensed surveyor where accuracy matters. Each card names the county that publishes the record and when it was updated, and has a link to report a problem. Website: https://deedlines.com
