Colonial R&P Club app brings club information, range status updates, events, membership progress, and useful practice tools together in one convenient place. You can also choose to receive club announcements and range-related notifications so you can stay informed about important updates. PLAN YOUR VISIT Check current range hours, scheduled activities, and posted closures before heading to the club. Browse and search the club calendar, discover upcoming matches and events, set reminders, and add selected events directly to your device calendar. TRACK MEMBERSHIP PROGRESS Create a digital membership card as a Member or Prospective Member and keep track of required club activities in one place. Members can display QR codes for activity sign-offs, while prospective member cards require administrator approval before activities can be recorded. Progress and completed sign-offs are securely stored online and can be reviewed by authorized club administrators. No email address or password is required to create a card. Your card and associated membership progress can be deleted at any time from the My Card section. The app is designed to assist with tracking membership requirements; all membership decisions and approvals remain with Colonial R&P Club. MATCH & PRACTICE TOOLS Practice and keep track of your performance with built-in shooting tools. Create and save personal scorecards, calculate match results, and export your scores when needed. The optional Shot Timer provides: • Shot and split times • Par-time support • Custom drills • Run history Shot detection is performed directly on your device. Microphone audio is analyzed only while the timer is running and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted. CLUB RESOURCES Quickly access club information, safety resources, important documents, and links to club and match-registration websites. The app also includes: • Optimized layouts for iPhone and iPad • Light and dark appearances • Support for larger text sizes • Cached schedules and bundled documents for access between connections NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED FOR CORE FEATURES The club calendar, announcements, resources, and practice tools can be used without creating a membership card. Personal scorecards and Shot Timer history remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them. The app contains no advertising or third-party tracking. An internet connection is required to retrieve current schedules and announcements, update membership progress, process QR sign-offs, and access external websites. Always follow posted range rules and instructions. Shot Timer detection accuracy may vary depending on your device, surroundings, and shooting environment.
