What’s new in WhoNote 1.2 • Add, crop, edit or remove a person’s profile photo in Add Person or Edit Person, above Name. Profile photos stay separate from dashboard backgrounds. • People list photos and initials are now circular. Photo controls are in Add/Edit Person, while the Profile tab keeps its details layout. Without a photo, a person icon appears in a gray circle. • On screens with enough width, switch a dashboard between full and split view to browse memories beside the person’s information. Narrow screens keep full view. • In the wide People grid or list, tap once to preview and twice to open a dashboard. Tap a person’s name in a memory or journal to open their dashboard at the top. • Corrected the iPhone Calendar’s initial layout to address the brief text movement when entering from another tab. • Clarified the name example by showing a full name, and corrected time-format examples across supported languages. • Improved returning from the photo picker and encrypted normal-space backups, and restored display of older profile photos in Private Vault.
Private notes, organized around people. WhoNote keeps your notes about friends, family, and the people you know together with their profiles, preferences, and important dates. Open a person's page to review what you saved, or search for a word to find a note again. For details you might otherwise track in a notebook, a contact list, or a CRM, WhoNote is a personal organizer for the notes you write yourself. Keep those personal notes with each person's preferences and important dates. USE YOUR NOTES WHEN THEY MATTER • Before meeting again: check what you wrote about your last conversation or a plan you made. • When choosing a gift or making plans: look up a favorite drink, a clothing size, or a gift idea you saved. • When a detail comes to mind: search a word from your note and return to the matching record. KEEP EACH PERSON'S DETAILS TOGETHER Create a profile, record how you know someone, and add the information you want to keep. Save likes, dislikes, food and drink preferences, hobbies, and other details in categories you can personalize. Start with one person and one useful detail. You do not need to fill in every field or record everyone you know. NOTES, PHOTOS, AND IMPORTANT DATES Write a short note or a photo journal and keep it with the relevant person. Record birthdays, anniversaries, and family occasions. View dates in the calendar and choose optional reminders. WhoNote helps you organize and find information you choose to save. It does not automatically read your messages or collect information about other people. PRIVATE RECORDS ON YOUR DEVICE Your personal records and saved photos are encrypted at rest on your device. No WhoNote account is required, and your personal content is not stored on WhoNote servers. Private Vault keeps selected records separate from everyday content. Inner Vault adds another protected space. Both are excluded from normal-space backups. You choose when to share, export calendar entries, or create encrypted backups of normal-space content. Backups can be saved to a destination you choose through your device’s system file picker. FREE TO START, WITH AN OPTIONAL ONE-TIME PURCHASE Try WhoNote's free plan.
