Five stocks a day worth a look: curated significant news from public SEC filings, dealt to you like a deck of cards. Swipe right to watch, left to skip, tap to see the evidence.
Insiders buying their own stock, funds taking big stakes. One card at a time, one plain-English sentence, one tap to see the evidence.
SWIPE
Right to keep it on your watchlist. Left to skip it. Tap to flip the card and read exactly which filing put it there.
WHAT COUNTS AS A CARD
- Officers and directors buying on the open market (Form 4). Routine 10% holders and scheduled plans are filtered out.
- Funds that file quarterly holdings (13F) disclosing a new stake or a meaningful increase (Schedules 13D and 13G), measured in dollars, never just percentages.
- Small-cap noise, buybacks disguised as ownership changes and shell companies are removed.
GOLD PICK
A few times a month everything lines up on one stock: an insider bought, a fund bought, and the shares trade below our fair value estimate or another large fund was adding last quarter. When that happens you get a Gold Pick.
FREE EVERY DAY
Five cards a day, resetting at midnight. Card packs and Gold Picks are one-time purchases billed by Apple. No account, no subscription, no ads.
