-Bug fixes for lock screen quiz
Unlock your apps with Japanese. Yuno locks the apps you scroll too much. When you reach for one, your companion asks a quick Japanese question. Get it right and you're back in, guilt-free. Every time you open TikTok or Instagram, you learn a little Japanese. How it works • Pick the apps to lock: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, games, anything. • Open one and Yuno steps in with a short quiz. • Answer the questions and your apps unlock for 2, 5, 15 or 30 minutes. You choose. • When time's up, they lock again. Every scroll becomes a mini lesson. Block on your terms • Lock apps all day, or on a schedule, like work hours on weekdays and all weekend. • Choose what you're quizzed on: hiragana, katakana, kanji or vocabulary. • Choose how many new characters can show up in a quiz, or stick to what you already know. Learn something real • Hiragana and katakana, row by row. • 2,000+ kanji from N5 to N1, each with readings, meanings and real words. • 1,000+ words, each in an example sentence with furigana. • Every new character goes into your collection, so you can see how much you've learned. Your day at a glance • See which apps are locked, your streak, and everything you learned today. • 8 animated backgrounds for your quizzes: Paper, Night, Sakura, Torii, Indigo, Hour sky, Fuji and Gold leaf. Bonus: a widget that teaches Put Yuno on your home screen and learn a new character every hour, even between quizzes. Tap to flip it and see the meaning, readings and a word it's used in. Private by design Yuno uses Apple's Screen Time to lock apps. Apple never shows us which apps you pick or how you use them, and that information never leaves your iPhone. Yuno Plus Unlock every kanji level, every word deck and every background. New subscribers get an introductory price for their first month.
