Guideline 5.1.1 — Camera (new in 1.1.0) Version 1.1.0 adds an optional "Scan Ticket" feature. The camera is used only to photograph a TOTO ticket the user already holds, so the printed numbers can be read without typing them in. - The photo is processed entirely on the device with ML Kit. It is never uploaded, and the app has no server that could receive it. - The photo is deleted as soon as the numbers have been extracted. - Nothing is retained except the numbers shown on screen. - Declining camera access leaves every other feature working. To try it: Home → "Scan" tab → "Scan ticket" → photograph any TOTO ticket. The printed ticket remains the only source of truth, and the page says so. The app does not validate, redeem or sell tickets and is not affiliated with Singapore Pools. The App Privacy section does not declare "Photos or Videos" because no photo leaves the device.
