LionHeart Muay Thai Academy is a dedicated Muay Thai and human performance academy in Shepherd’s Bush, West London. Led by Kru Nuakai, we teach authentic Muay Thai and Muay Boran for adults and children, from complete beginners through to experienced martial artists. Muay Thai is at the heart of what we do, supported by boxing, self-defence, strength & conditioning, athletic performance, mobility, recovery and wellbeing practices.
