CHECK YOUR SCREENS See connectivity, the latest Player report, current playback, assigned playlists, and publishing status. Open a screen for more detail or request a timestamped snapshot when you need a closer look. MANAGE YOUR MEDIA Browse and search your workspace Library. Upload photos, videos, or files, inspect media details, and choose exactly which playlist to add them to. BUILD AND PUBLISH PLAYLISTS Create playlists, arrange their contents, and assign them to individual screens. Saved changes stay separate from publishing. Review the playlist and affected screens before sending an update, then follow its progress through Player confirmation. SET EVERYDAY HOURS Manage one screen's simple weekly hours and timezone. Temporarily open a screen outside its normal hours, then resume its schedule when you're ready. SET UP A BEAM PLAYER Scan the setup code on your TV and connect the matching nearby Player to Wi-Fi over Bluetooth. Beam guides you through authorization and checks for playback readiness. MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD Use focused navigation on iPhone and a spacious list-and-detail workspace on iPad. Beam keeps the latest available information visible and makes stale, offline, and waiting states clear. Beam Screens requires a Beam account with access to a workspace. Operating signage requires a compatible Beam Player and display. An internet connection is required to manage your workspace; configured Players continue playing their cached content during an ordinary network outage.
