NemtSync Driver gives drivers at participating non-emergency medical transportation providers a clear, focused view of the day's assigned trips, from pickup to drop-off. Access requires a Company Code and driver PIN supplied by your transportation provider. There is no public account creation. This is not a passenger booking app and does not provide medical care or medical services. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See today's assigned trips with pickup and appointment times shown in your company's time zone. An Up next list shows what follows, and pickup countdowns update every minute. EVERYTHING FOR THE CURRENT TRIP The current trip view shows member details, accessibility needs, and pickup and drop-off addresses. Navigation shortcuts open your preferred external maps app for directions. DELIBERATE TRIP STATUS STEPS Record progress from en route through arrival and member onboard. Swipe confirmations on the current-trip screen help prevent accidental taps. Use trip controls only when safely parked. DROP-OFF COMPLETION Complete each drop-off with a required arrival confirmation and member signature. You can also add an optional odometer reading, photo and notes when your provider needs them. BUILT FOR SPOTTY COVERAGE Today's trips are kept in a protected offline cache. Unfinished active trips remain available across midnight until completed or no-showed. Trip steps recorded without a connection are queued and synchronized automatically when your connection returns. LOCATION SHARING WITH DISPATCH During active trips, the app shares your location with dispatch, including background updates when you grant permission. A clearly labeled local GPS miles-today estimate is shown for reference only and is separate from billing mileage. YOUR PREFERENCES Choose System, Light or Dark appearance, and optionally use biometric unlock to reopen a saved session. Settings also lets you open an account-deletion request email with your driver name and company prefilled.
