Your org, in sync. Now your chats, in sync! The roster and the events were already in one place. The conversation is now too. - Organization chat. Everyone in the organization, one thread. - Direct and group chats. Message someone you share an organization with, or ask someone at your school. - Photos and videos. Send a clip from your camera, and save what someone sends you.
Harmony is the record for your org. Officers set up the organization, bring members in, and run events, including weekly ones. Members join with one account and use it for every org they belong to. People RSVP, then check in by scanning the event QR at the door. An officer can also check someone in. After the event you can see who came, who said they were going and missed it, and how the org is showing up over time. Announcements go to members in the app. Each org also has a chat, so members can talk in the same place they check in, without a separate group chat. Message people from your orgs one-on-one or in small groups, and share photos, videos, and files. Officers can turn chat off and remove messages. Reports and attendance exports stay on the web, so the next officers inherit the record.
